Conference on "Wetlands for Clear Water" - Use of wetlands for reducing nutrient input into the Baltic Sea | Umweltbundesamt

At the international "Wetlands for Clear Water" conference on 24th March 2011, 45 speakers and participants from seven countries came together to discuss the experiences obtained in wetland/marshland projects with regards to the nutrient budget. The conference was attended by research organizations, environmental groups and administrative bodies from Germany, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Sweden and Turkey.
