Strengthening of the UNECE´s Air Convention through integrated permits in Russia | Umweltbundesamt

The project objective is to strengthen the knowledge and competences of Russian permitting authorities and plant operators in order to promote the application of Best Available Techniques (BAT) within the framework of an integrated permitting system. This will improve the conditions for the ratification of the protocols of the UNECE´s Air Convention in Russia.
