The project was for experts from EECCA countries to improve their understanding of the GAINS model. The aim of the training was to improve capacity for scenario development, including emission projections and reduction targets. The training also support EECCA countries in implementing their bilateral agreements with the European Union with regard to their approximation to European standards and legislation.
